We utilise the market leading Matterport™ platform to showcase your site. This platform gives you a dollhouse view, plan view and an immersive and interactive virtual tour. The tour places you in the driver’s seat, allowing you to move around and walk through the site as if you were there! Alternatively, as a budget conscious option, we offer a 360° tour hosted on our own website which provides an explorable space where you can “jump” from room to room without a walk through option or plan views.

What's the difference between virtual 360° tour & jump 360° tour?
The Virtual 360° tour is based on the market leading Matterport™ platform. You can “walk” through the site, view the doll house and plan view, and measure distances. The first 12 months of Matterport™ hosting is included with every Virtual 360° tour! After your first 12 months, should you choose to keep your site active, a small hosting fee is payable (see pricing for more info). You can choose to deactivate your tour and re-activate it in the future.
With the Jump 360° tour, you cannot “walk” through the site, however you will be able to “jump” from room to room. Each room is still captured in 360°. There are no ongoing costs involved with this tour. Check out our portfolios and experience both platforms now!
Can i switch virtual tour types?
You can switch from Virtual 360° to Jump 360° at any time; however, you cannot switch from Jump 360°. You would need to book a re-shoot. We recommend starting with a Virtual 360° and then can switch if you decide the platform is not for you.
Can i link or embed my virtual tour on another website?
Yes, absolutely! The Virtual 360° tour can be embedded in any website. We will provide you with the embed code which you can simply paste into your page. The Jump 360° tour cannot be embedded; however, the page can be linked to your site.
How should i prepare my site prior to filming?
As every detail will be visible, we recommend you have the site ready as follows:
- ensure the site is cleaned well and free of clutter
- style the site as required
- open all internal doors & blinds
- close any doors to rooms you wish not to include in the tour
How many rooms or levels can be included in a virtual tour?
As many as you like! Our standard pricing covers up to a 300sqm area; which will typically cover a 6 bedroom home. Any areas larger than 300sqm may attract a small fee. There are no limits to how many levels you can have. We will capture all rooms with the exception of closed rooms, storage spaces, or garages.
how long would it take to capture a virtual tour?
Based on a 300sqm internal floor space area, a Jump 360° should take around 30 minutes to complete whilst a Virtual 360° will take around 90 minutes.
how do i book?
Please click here (or on the ‘Book Now’ button at the top) and complete our online booking form. Please provide your email and phone number (with country selected) for email & SMS confirmations. Full payment is required at time of booking for all virtual tours and a 25% deposit is required for any site photography/videography services.
What does the virtual price cover?
The published pricing covers an entire site, provided it is within 300sqm of internal floor space area. Any larger sites will incur an additional fee.
Can my tour be private?
Ofcourse! We can provide your tour embedded on a private page which can only be accessed via a password.
How can i integrate my tour with google maps?
All non-residential sites can integrate a Matterport™ virtual tour with Google maps. For a small monthly fee, users & customers will be able view your tour directly from Google maps! This feature is only applicable to the Virtual 360° tours based on the Matterport™ platform. You will have to verify your site through Google.
i have a large site, will a virtual tour still work?
Absolutely! Sites above 300sqm floor space will incur a higher fee. Please speak to us to discuss which tour will be best for your site.
